By bringing Investment Management and Wealth Advisory Partners together we simplify the structure that allows Investment Managers to deliver their services through their Wealth Advisory partners to the end client. This direct delivery model reduces the cost to the client providing them access to high quality investment management at a reasonable cost. Also, clients can benefit from the robust investment solutions that result from partners sharing their expertise between one another. One plus one really does equal three in our strategy.
By aligning Investment Management and Wealth Advisory Partners, we believe we can accelerate assets under management (AUM) growth and, in turn, revenue growth for our Partners. Any resulting increased profit accrues directly to the Partner’s management team. Partners remain focused on continuing to deliver excellent service and returns to their clients while growing their business. Our strategy also provides a degree of liquidity, transparency and diversification to the owners of the Partner firms, and assists in addressing the succession and ownership transition issues facing many firms.
Our revenue is derived from investment management fees based on assets under management within our Partner firms. Partner firms typically have a low turnover in their client base and thus their revenues tend to be more stable than in some industries. Demographics are also working in our favour, since our Partners continue to grow at a good pace fuelled predominately by the aging baby boomers. Finally, the synergies that our strategy creates, helps to ensure that costs are effectively managed and revenue opportunities are maximized.
