Carlo is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over twenty years of experience in senior finance and operational roles. Carlo also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Schulich School of Business, where he was awarded a full four-year scholarship for academic excellence.

Prior to joining Bellwether, Carlo was Chief Financial Officer of a consumer electronics and mobile applications company as well as Director of Finance of a publicly traded medical device company. Carlo has significant experience in the management of fast growing companies, the implementation of change management, and process improvement.

Carlo is motivated most when he is challenged, mentoring others, and learning new things. Outside of work, he enjoys home automation and spends time with his two children, family, and friends.
